Contact tips, nozzles, retaining heads and neck insulators for Tregaskiss® TOUGH LOCK® robotic and automatic MIG welding torches, and Bernard® BTB, TGX™ and Clean Air™ torches.
Which parts fit?
Bernard® TGX™ torches built after March 1, 2024 and Clean Air™ torches built after June 23, 2014 run the TOUGH LOCK® system.
The contact tip and the retaining head have to match. The heavy-duty contact tips here (0.310" O.D.) seat in the heavy-duty retaining heads: 404-20 for semi-automatic torches, 404-30 for robotic. Nozzles are shared across the TOUGH LOCK® system: standard-duty (0.938" O.D.) and heavy-duty (1.062" O.D.) nozzles both fit the retaining heads listed here, so choose by bore, tip position and material.
