TorchandTip.com — Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms. By accessing or purchasing from TorchandTip.com, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory and able to enter a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
3. Products and availability. We sell aftermarket consumables, torches, and equipment. Product availability is not guaranteed; items may be discontinued or out of stock, and some orders are fulfilled by drop-shipment from our supplier. Descriptions and cross-reference information are provided to assist part selection and are subject to the fitment terms in our Legal Notice.
4. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, unavailability, or a pricing or description error — before dispatch, and we will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order.
5. Pricing and errors. All prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we are not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.
6. Payment. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method presented.
7. Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, product data, images, layout, and design — is the property of TorchandTip.com or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, or reused without written permission. Trademark and compatibility matters are governed by our Legal Notice.
8. Limitation of liability. Our liability in connection with any purchase or use of this site is governed by the Limitation of Liability set out in our Legal Notice.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Alberta, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
