Where We Ship

Torchandtip.com ships within Canada only. We do not ship internationally.

PO box delivery is available for small parcel orders only. Freight, palletized, and oversized shipments require a physical street address where delivery can be received.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Torchandtip.com is not liable for delays, additional charges, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Shipments returned as undeliverable due to an address error are subject to return freight charges and any applicable restocking fees.

Free Shipping on Consumables & Torches

Orders of consumables and hand or machine torches totalling $1300.00 CAD or more (before taxes) ship free to most Canadian destinations. Free shipping does not apply to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. Orders to these territories, and all orders under $1300.00 CAD, are charged a shipping rate shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Welding Equipment & Machines

Power sources, plasma systems, wire feeders, and other equipment ship at actual freight cost, quoted on weight, dimensions, and destination. Where freight cannot be calculated at checkout, Torchandtip.com will contact you with a quote for approval. Your order will not ship until you approve the freight charge.

Equipment shipments valued above $1,000 CAD require a signature on delivery.

Freight Deliveries

Palletized and LTL freight shipments require a physical street address. Standard freight delivery is curbside only — the carrier is not responsible for moving product inside, and a forklift or loading dock is not provided unless arranged in advance. If your location cannot receive a pallet, tell us at time of order so we can arrange liftgate service or terminal pickup. Additional charges may apply.

Remote & Northern Destinations

Orders to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, and to remote or off-highway locations, ship at actual carrier cost regardless of order value. Where the rate cannot be calculated at checkout, Torchandtip.com will contact you with the cost for approval before shipping.

Processing & Transit Times

In-stock orders are processed same day if ordered before 12pm MST, and after 12pm next day. Transit is typically 2–7 business days within Canada, depending on destination and carrier. Some items are fulfilled directly from our supplier, and availability of these items is confirmed after your order is placed, which may affect processing time. All times are estimates, not guarantees.

Backorders & Stock Availability

Some items are fulfilled directly from our supplier and stock levels are not guaranteed at the time of order. If an item you ordered is unavailable, Torchandtip.com will contact you to offer one of the following: hold the order until stock arrives, substitute a comparable product, or refund the unavailable item. We are not responsible for stock shortages at our supplier but will resolve them promptly.

Split Shipments

Orders containing both stocked and direct-ship items may arrive in separate shipments at no additional cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested before your order is processed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Returns Policy applies.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Report damage or shortages to shipping@torchandtip.com within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim. Claims reported after this window may not be recoverable.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are subject to return freight charges and applicable restocking fees.

Taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude GST, which is applied at checkout. GST is collected under Torchandtip.com, GST# 75729 2974 RT0001.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier pickup from our facility or our supplier's facility.
