Binzel® MIG Welding Consumables — Compatible with Bernard® Elliptical

Binzel® contact tips, gas diffusers, nozzles and insulators for Bernard® MIG welding torches with the Elliptical front end — the BTB (200 to 600 A), Q-Gun™ and S-Gun™. Elliptical tips lock into the gas diffuser with a 1/4 turn: 1500 Series (long) tips go in the 4635 and 4235 diffusers, 7400 Series (short) tips in the 4435 and 4335.

Which parts fit?

Large front ends: 4435 gas diffuser for short 7400 Series tips, or 4635 for long 1500 Series tips. Nozzles 4491, 4591, 4492 and 4592, with the 4423R insulator.

Small front ends: 4335 gas diffuser for short 7400 Series tips, or 4235 for long 1500 Series tips. Nozzles 4391, 4393, 4392 and 4394.
