Hand, machine or short machine?

Hand torch

Trigger-operated, for cutting, gouging fillet welds, trimming and marking by hand. Compact enough for tight radii and balanced for overhead work.

Machine torch

Barrel torch with a standard mounting tube, for CNC tables, track burners, pipe cutters and robots.

Short machine torch

Same torch, shorter barrel — for machines where Z-axis travel or head clearance is tight.

Leads come in 16.5, 26, 50 and 75 ft. Torches ship without consumables — order the matching starter kit or individual parts separately. If only the cable is damaged, a replacement lead costs far less than a new torch. Not sure what you have? About FHT-EX® torches

Both are design-award torches built for continuous production — 100% duty cycle at 94 A on the 105TT, at the full 125 A on the 125TT — cutting, gouging, grid cutting and marking from the same torch.

Every torch connects through Thermacut®'s Torch Connection System (TCS13), so swapping a torch is a plug change rather than a service call, and consumables come out tool-free. Available in 16.5, 26, 50 and 75 ft leads.

Hand torches for shop and field work. Machine torches for CNC tables, track burners, pipe cutters and robots. Short machine torches where Z-axis travel is tight.
