The EX-TRAFIRE® 105HD is the production workhorse — the same multi-voltage flexibility as the 85HD with 20 more amps, a 20 lbs/hr gouging rate and 100% duty at 94 A. This is the hand-torch system: a complete, ready-to-cut package built around Thermacut®'s award-winning FHT-EX®105TTH torch on a 26 ft (8 m) lead — configured for handheld cutting, gouging and marking.
Every EX-TRAFIRE® HD runs four processes from one machine: cutting, grid (expanded-metal) cutting, gouging and marking. You are not buying a cutter and then buying a marker — the machine identifies the gas, sets pilot current and pressure itself, and compensates for pressure drops as you cut. Fewer operator variables, more repeatable edges.

- 100% duty cycle at 94 A on 460–575 V three-phase. Duty cycle is where cheap plasma dies. This one is rated for continuous production, not a 40-second burst and a cool-down.
- One machine, any shop power. Runs 200–600 V, single- or three-phase, 50/60 Hz. The same unit that works off 240 V single-phase in a small fab shop works off 600 V three-phase in a plant — which matters if you move it, rent it out, or don't yet know what service the next job site has.

- Cuts on air, nitrogen or argon. Air for everyday mild steel; nitrogen for stainless and aluminium; argon with the optional marking kit for fine, smooth marking below 20 A.
- Consumables you can actually afford to run. Thermacut® builds the machine and the consumables — so the running cost stays low for the life of the machine, and you order the parts from the same place you bought the system.
