Kjellberg® Consumables: Get the Torch Family Right First

|Gregg Hinton
plasma consumables for kjellberg with caption shouldn't be a mystery

Kjellberg® has a reputation among the people who run their machines: precise, well engineered, and expensive to feed.

The feeding part is what we can help with. But the family comes first.

What we stock for these torches

Thermacut® direct-replacement consumables, compatible with Kjellberg® FineFocus and PerCut torches. Three complete families, every part listed against the OEM number it crosses to, priced in Canadian dollars and shipped from Canada.

Thermacut® is an independent manufacturer. The Kjellberg® name identifies what the parts fit.

The families don't share parts

Kjellberg® builds several torch families under one badge, and they're genuinely different torches rather than variations on one design.

FineFocus 800 and 900. High-precision mechanized cutting.

PerCut 370.2. A different platform with its own set.

PerCut 200. Another — and one where the material you cut changes which parts you're on.

A part from one family will not do a job in another. There's no partial compatibility to exploit and no close-enough substitution worth trying at these amperages.

So the first question is never "what amperage." It's "which torch."

Read it off the torch

Same rule as every brand, and it matters more here because the families sit further apart.

The torch model is on the torch. Not on the cabinet, not on a purchase order from 2019, not on whatever somebody wrote on the parts cupboard door. Go and look.

Then match amperage from your cut charts, and material where the family calls for it.

Pack quantities are a hard floor

Worth understanding before you build an order.

A meaningful share of these consumables come in multi-packs, and on this line the minimum purchase quantity is a genuine floor — not a suggestion, not a discount tier. If a part is supplied in a pack, that's what ships.

Two practical effects. Your order total can jump more than you expect on a part you assumed was a single. And a comparison against another supplier means nothing unless you've checked what's actually in the box on both sides.

Our titles carry the pack quantity. Read them.

Send us the number

On this line a real person reads the enquiries rather than a search index.

Send the torch family, the amperage you run, and the OEM number off the part you're replacing. That's enough for us to price it and confirm the fit.
