ABICOR Binzel® ABIMIG® A 415 LW Air-Cooled MIG Welding Torch, 400 A — Fixed Neck
Price depends on cable length. Your exact price and ordering code show in the builder below.
A fixed-neck torch built for the shift. The ABIMIG® A 415 LW is ABICOR Binzel®'s lightweight air-cooled MIG welding torch with a fixed 60° neck, rated 400 A on CO₂ and 355 A on mixed gas at 60% duty cycle. It ships complete with the connector for your machine: Miller®, Lincoln®, ESAB®, Tweco®, Hobart® or Fronius®.
Need a neck you can swap? See the ABIMIG® AT 415, with a rotating neck that changes in under a minute.
Why the ABIMIG® A
- Fixed neck, fewer parts. The A uses a one-piece 60° neck, so there is nothing to set or adjust. The same lightweight handle and consumables as the ABIMIG® AT, at a lower price.
- Built light. The LW ("lightweight") Bikox cable assembly and moulded handle keep the weight off your wrist, so the torch is easier to hold and steer through a full shift.
- A handle built for the wrist. The handle is contoured for the hand, and a ball-joint base gives the cable more range of motion than most MIG torch handles.
- Shares consumables with the ABIMIG® AT. Contact tips, tip holders, nozzles and liners are the same parts as the ABIMIG® AT, so one set of spares covers both torches.
- Made by ABICOR Binzel®. ABIMIG® is ABICOR Binzel's own torch line, designed and built by Binzel.
