Cantesco® PATF-5G Plasma Arc Water Table Fluid, 5 US Gallon Carboy

Cantesco® Plasma Arc Water Table Fluid (PATF-5G), 5 US Gallon Carboy. Formulated to stop steel corrosion and foul odours in plasma cutting water tables and on the work pieces. For stainless steel, steel and other ferrous metal fabrications. A green, concentrated, water-based liquid with stabilizers and inhibitors, diluted before use.

How to use it (per Cantesco®):

• Add at 10% of tank volume at room temperature: a 10:1 mix ratio.
• Check the mix with pH strips; aim for pH 9 to 10.
• Do not use on copper or aluminum.
• The fluid does not evaporate with the water. Keep the water level topped up so you don't double-dose.
• Clean and refill the table at least once a year, or sooner if the water gets contaminated with oil or dirt.
• Shelf life is five years from manufacture unopened, six months once opened.
