The EX-TRAFIRE® 125HD is the heavy-plate machine — 2-1/2 in severance, 1-1/2 in recommended capacity, and 125 A available continuously. This is the mechanized system: a complete, ready-to-cut package built around Thermacut®'s award-winning FHT-EX®125TTM torch on a 50 ft (15 m) lead — configured for CNC tables, track burners, robots and pipe cutters.

Every EX-TRAFIRE® HD runs four processes from one machine: cutting, grid (expanded-metal) cutting, gouging and marking. You are not buying a cutter and then buying a marker — the machine identifies the gas, sets pilot current and pressure itself, and compensates for pressure drops as you cut. Fewer operator variables, more repeatable edges.
